Bunnik Tours is a family business with a focus on crafting itineraries that really get to the heart of all that a destination has to offer through a balance...more of organised sightseeing, special local experiences and time for independent exploration. We know that some of the best experiences are when you wander away from the group and make your own discoveries. In creating our small group tours, we are driven by two guiding principles. First, everything we do is about your experience, which is why we only run tours with a maximum of 20 people – that’s less time waiting, more time exploring. Second, when done properly, tourism can be an incredible force for good that generates economic and social benefits in the places we visit.

Jewels of the Kimberley & Faraway Bay Robert, QLD, Australia, Jul 2024
Great trip, but Outback Spirit need to tailor walks to the tour group demographic, and not try to fit too much into the day. Some walks did not allow for time to stop and gather your breath, or look around, and team leader pushed too hard.
Indian Pacific Sandra and Graeme, VIC, Australia, Jul 2024
We have just recently returned from our Indian Pacific journey. Overall it was a truly amazing experience - once in a lifetime . The stopover in Kalgoorlie was a little disappointing as the tour was at 9pm until midnight and because of this you didn't really get a good picture of the open cut mine, but I believe this is going to be changed next year. ...read more Our tour of Adelaide was enjoyable finishing up at the Oval for brunch .The tour of the Blue Mountains was breathtaking as we were fortunate enough to get a sunny clear day it was stunning. The food and beverages on board were faultless. The organisation of all off board excursions were like clockwork and everything flowed seamlessly. Booking with Global Journeys was very easy and professional. Last but not least, we cannot speak highly enough of the staff on board the train, nothing was a trouble and every task was carried out with a smile. All in all an amazing experience.
Northern Territory Explorer Lee , VIC, Australia, Jun 2024
Itinerary was good. Accommodations and included meals were good. We had a knowledgeable tour director and a safe driver. This trip covered two UNESCO sites namely Kakadu National Park and Uluru National Park. I enjoyed the Field of Lights and the natural wonder of sunrise over Uluru.
