Our MSC cruise was great!     , SA, Australia, Jul 2024
Overall the service was excellent and staff on the cruise were friendly and helpful. Food service not too bad, entertainment was great and we loved the way we got dropped off at each port to explore different cities and countries. My favorite part of each day was watching sunset on the deck until the sun went down and then sitting in the lounge, sipping ...read more cocktails and listening to music every evening. ❤️ Thank you for all your help to make our holiday special and memorable.
A great cruise through the Mediterranean   , VIC, Australia, Jun 2024
Embarking in Genoa was a hassle free process! We were processed and in our room on the ship in under an hour. So different from embarking on a cruise in Venice! This cruise was fantastic. The places we stopped at were all new to us and it added to the experience. We booked a combination of excursions some with MSC and some privately. The choice of food ...read more on board was very good, including a standalone Gluten Free menu. The staff were always friendly and accommodating. The only negative was a cancellation of our shore excursion in Sardinia that I had booked well in advance as I knew it would book out. Apparently due to weather!! It ended up being a 30deg day and our Plan B day turned out to be great but I was disappointed the excursion was cancelled the night before with little time to reschedule. Can't control the weather! That is the worst thing that happened on a very relaxing cruise. The whole process of booking and following up with Georgie from Global Journeys was so easy! This is cruise number 2. Thank you.
Great service   , WA, Australia, Jun 2024
Hannah was amazing. She’s quick to respond to any queries and everything was superbly organised. We have already booked another cruise through her and I intend to book all future holidays with her. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Thanks Hannah!
Beautiful journey from Venice to Barcelona   , NSW, Australia, May 2024
NCL's itinerary from Venice (actually Trieste which is two hours by train from Venice) to Barcelona was great, with port stops every day, which may or may not be too busy for some, but hey, it's a cruise so you can do as little or as much as you want! Favourite places were Dubrovnik (don't miss the fabulous city walls walk!) and surprisingly, Civitavecchia ...read more (Rome's nearest port), which was a lovely seaside town free from hordes of cruise tourists because most of them went to Rome! The ship (Escape) was quite good compared to some we've been on (Holland America and MSC), and the entertainment was the best out of all the cruises we've done, with one West End-quality show (the raucous Choir of Man) and the others of excellent quality (musical theatre's This One's For You, magician J Alexander, and a juggler/comedian whose name escapes me) but whose budgets were clearly compromised and dwarfed by the Choir of Man's. The food quality on board fluctuated from just average (the complimentary buffet) to the superb (Moderno Churrascaria). Overall it was a very good trip and worth the money especially with all the bonuses given (150min internet, $100 per person ship credit, unlimited drinks package, etc.).
